Do you have an opinion? Lately it seems that there are many people voicing opinions quite loudly. Sometimes, when we hear a speaker or read a post, it feels more like a challenge than an expression of a person's thoughts and ideals. One-on-one we may debate our differences or decide to put them aside. But, when we gather together, we may be led to choose. At this time the question isn't "which team am I on?". In truth we are on the same team. The real challenge is in knowing what our opinion actually is and that what we believe is not the only answer.
