"Spring cleaning" is a time and a mind set where we reevaluate our circumstances and clear out that which no longer serve us. The key is to concentrate on that which DOES serve us. Let's instead dust off and appreciate the things, people, circumstances that are providing us with happiness, security, and comfort. Let's focus on and respect what we have. Then, if we have a little extra, we can provide those things for someone else by gifting or thrifting.This way we can amplify our own sense of worth and, most importantly, our self worth.
